4) Zottman Curl
5) Reverse-Grip Overhead Triceps Extension

Routine:
Sets 5 – Reps 5 – Rest (5–10 seconds)
Sets 4 – Reps 8 – Rest (10 seconds)

Sets 2 – Reps 15 – Rest (20–30 seconds)
