Fitness & Health Tips
1. Drink a glass of water before eating.
2. Eat a big breakfast, the small meals throughout the day.
3. Take your time, enjoy the flavors, and eat SLOWLY.
4. Do cardio 20 minutes a day, five days a week. Stay ACTIVE!
5. Portion right. Know your serving sizes.
6. Consciously have good posture . . . it strengthens your core.
8. Always perform core strengthening exercises.
9. Diminish the sweets in your diet.
10. Do push-ups and other body weight exercises.
12. NEVER skip breakfast, or any other meal.
13. Drink tons of H20 all day, every day.
14. Properly rest. 7-8 hours of sleep a day.
15. Cut down, or eliminate alcohol consumption. . .you will notice a difference in time.
16. Reduce salt intake.
17. Remain stress free . . . you are what you think.
18. Choose a color filled plate.
19. Eliminate the consumption of fast food.
20. Eliminate soda. (Avoid the diet, caffeine free, etc. crutch.)
21. DO NOT starve yourself.
22. Fresh fruits and Veggies should, without hesitation be implemented into your diet.
23. Include fiber rich foods within your diet.
24. Elevator or stairs . . . STAIRS.
26. Make a habit out of taking a daily vitamin.
