Tawa Tadka Keema Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp ginger, chopped
  • 300 gm desi ghee
  • 3 green chillies
  • 2 tsp red chilli, crushed
  • 1 tsp kasoori methi
  • 2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp mango pickle paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 onions
  • 2 spring onions
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 500 gm chicken mince, hand chopped
  • 1/2 bunch fresh coriander

 

Preparation:

  • Saute garlic and ginger on tawa with desi ghee
  • Add all the spices along with the onions, chopped tomatoes and pickle paste and cook well.
  • Then add mince, cook for at least 10 minutes and finally put fresh coriander.
