Tawa Tadka Keema Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp ginger, chopped
- 300 gm desi ghee
- 3 green chillies
- 2 tsp red chilli, crushed
- 1 tsp kasoori methi
- 2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp fennel seeds, crushed
- 1 Tbsp mango pickle paste
- Salt to taste
- 4 onions
- 2 spring onions
- 5 tomatoes
- 500 gm chicken mince, hand chopped
- 1/2 bunch fresh coriander
Preparation:
- Saute garlic and ginger on tawa with desi ghee
- Add all the spices along with the onions, chopped tomatoes and pickle paste and cook well.
- Then add mince, cook for at least 10 minutes and finally put fresh coriander.
